 VAT EXEMPTION: VAT exemption can only benefit the employees of Public Officies provided that the Officies are accord to  pay.

Only employees PUBLIC can enjoy the share register for VAT exempt.
The recordal VAT exemption, pursuant to article 10 DPR 633/72, as amended, must be accompanied by a declaration of the body (containing all the fiscal data of the Agency, the employee’s name and title of the congress) in specifying that the participant for which it is paid the entry fee is one of their employees authorized to attend the event for professional development.
The bill will then be headed Entity of belonging.
In the absence of such declaration or if the payment of that invoice is not received by the start date of the event, will be the employee to anticipate the amount due at the conference if necessary, and then request a refund to their  Officies.
In this case, the invoice including VAT will be headed to the participant. We will not accept requests for changes to previous invoices or refund of VAT paid.

REGISTRATION FEES

The Regular Fee ⁽¹⁾ and ISL and ESL Members Fee ⁽¹⁾ give the right to access to all scientific sessions and exhibition area, and include:

• Welcome reception
• Congress bag with the book of abstract sponsor
• Coffee breaks
• Light lunches
• Certificate of attendance including formative credit

Reduced fee are only for the deadlines specified time, the members of ISL and ESL and Students  in health and exercise fields (medicine, physiotherapy, nursing, psychology). Certificate to be shown

It providing for the recognition of formative credits for the partecipation to the Congress

The Accompanying Persons Fee gives the right to access the exhibition area and includes coffee breaks and light lunches

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat. The original invoice will be sent by e-mail. Please provide us with correct e-mail address,

 CANCELLATION POLICY Notification of cancellation must be sent via paper mode to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until 31 July 2013 with a refund of all paid fees, except for a 10% administrative charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
